A 100,000 square foot,10 acre neighborhood shopping center located in the foothills of South Orange County anchored by a grocery market and a drug store. Other tenants include a Jack in the Box with a drive thru, a Shell service station, two outparcel retail pads and in line shop space.

This complex project required a zone change from agriculture to commercial and involved acquiring, entitling, mapping and flipping excess land to home builders for production homes behind the center as well as a church across the street.

This project demonstrates our ability to identify underserved markets and underutilized land, and our ability to obtain complex and sometimes controversial entitlements, thereby delivering superior returns and the right product at the right time.
